It not open. Door locked when I went for scheduled appointment. You need to update your system

I had a confirmed appointment through my email but when I showed up the door was locked and the lights were off. I tried calling but no one answered and there wasn’t even a voicemail to leave a message available.

I made an appointment online when I left the resort I was staying at and got there they didn’t have my appointment and said they could only do a half hour. Not a regular spa as you would imagine. Looked super sketchy. Do not recommend.
